PURPOSE: A radar system and a method for correcting the same are provided to effectively correct an error of a received signal due to length difference of a plurality of channel paths within the radar system. CONSTITUTION: An antenna unit receives a received signal reflected from a target by a transmission signal through an antenna having a quadrant structure. A signal processing unit(51) corrects phase difference of a signal and adds the phase difference of 90degrees to the corrected signal. A signal generator(31) applies the transmission signal to three distributors(11,12,14) after passing through a circulator. A combiner(100) applies an inspection signal which is same with the transmission signal.
