<p>The actuator (2) has electrode sections (5, 6) arranged in parallel, and a deformable electroactive dielectric (7) e.g. elastomer, arranged between the electrode sections. Bends (9) are formed at circumferential positions (10-13) by folding electrode strips (1). The electrode strips are folded in the circumferential positions. The circumferential positions are located in a circumferential direction in a distributed manner. A circumferential contour of the electrode strips exhibit a shape such as polygonal, circular and ellipse. A side surface of the actuator is attached to the bends.</p> |
