The device has a spring blade (3) cooperating with a retainer ring (1) such that a tooth of a bridging bar is guided at contact and at immediate vicinity of an outer surface of a wall of the ring. The tooth is guided when it is plugged in. The wall is opposite to a wall receiving a screw (2). The blade is in the form of a loop surrounding the ring wall. An opening of the loop is oriented in an extension for inserting the ring.
