PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an environmentally-friendly upholstery sheet for vehicles is provided to contribute to lightening the weight of vehicles and improving fuel efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an automobile upholstery sheet comprises the following steps: boiling the rice straw; splitting the rice straw in a longitudinal direction by throwing the rice straw in a primary operation roll; splitting the firstly processed rice straw in the longitudinal direction into a thickness narrower than the thickness of the firstly processed thickness in order to manufacture a rice straw bundle(11); cutting the secondly processed rice straw bundle; loading the cut rice straw as rice straw bundle bundles; separating the rice straw bundle by putting the loaded rice straw bundle bundles and tearing the rice straw bundle; manufacturing a mixture sheet by mixing the separated rice straw bundle with resin fibers including a fiber with a low melting point; and coating the mixture sheet with a polyolefin-based resin and penetrating and fixing to the inside of the sheet through a baking process.
