PURPOSE: A spindle motor is provided to easily fix a clamp member which is fixed to a disk and to reduce manufacturing costs of a spindle motor. CONSTITUTION: A rotor case(140) is installed in a sleeve. A clamping member(150) is installed in an upper side of the rotor case. The clamp member fixes a disk. A fixing member(160) is inserted in an insertion grove in order to fix the clamping member. The insertion groove is formed in the rotor case.
