A biaxially oriented polyamide film fabricating method for fabricating a biaxially oriented polyamide film having a thickness with excellent evenness by closely and evenly attaching a polyamide molten resin film to a cooling roll even at a high speed above 50 m/min and by reducing crystallization mottles of the cooled and cured film. The method uses an electrostatic adhesion electrode having many projections and fixed to an electrode holder. When a polyamide molten resin film is electrostatically adhered to a rotary cooling roll, a DC high voltage is applied to the electrostatic adhesion electrode while the electrode holder is kept curved.The method is characterized in that the holder has curve adjusting means, and the holder is so curved that the difference between the distance between the central part of the electrode holder and the film and the distance between each of both ends of the electrode holder and the film is within the range from 0.05 to 0.5 cm. |
