PURPOSE: A sales supporting method and a system thereof are provided to enable a purchaser to purchase an agreed quantity of products at an agreed price though real time agreement for the quantity and price of the products. CONSTITUTION: A deal target-condition storage unit(110) stores connected values by connecting a deal target identification value, a member store deal condition value, and a member store identification value with each other. An immediate deal requesting unit(120) provides the member store identification value and N pieces of deal target identification values corresponding to a member store to a user terminal(190). A deal condition receiving unit(125) receives the deal target identification value, an immediate deal condition value, and the member store identification value from the user terminal. An agreement condition determining unit(130) compares N pieces of member store deal condition values with the immediate deal condition value.
