PURPOSE: A vehicle air conditioner is provided to facilitate the installation of the air conditioner in a vehicle and perform efficient air conditioning. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle air conditioner comprises a power supply, a radiator(5), a thermal media flow passage, a first peltier module(11), and a second peltier module(13). The power supply drives a vehicle. The radiator is installed in the exterior of a vehicle. The first peltier module comprises a first peltier unit and a first heat exchanger. The first peltier unit comprises a first surface and a second surface for heat absorbing or heat emitting. The first heat exchanger is coupled with the first surface thermally. The second peltier module comprises a second peltier unit and a second heat exchanger. The second peltier unit comprises a first surface and a second surface for heat absorbing or heat emitting. The thermal media flow passage is connected to the second surface of the first peltier unit and the second surface of the second peltier unit thermally.
