PURPOSE: A power generator using gravity and buoyancy is provided to generate electricity at any place a where water current is generated. CONSTITUTION: A power generator using gravity and buoyancy comprises a rotary unit(100), a support tube(200), a sealing member(300), a bearing assembly, and a pump assembly. The rotary unit is supported by a plurality of support rollers. The rotary unit comprises a tube unit, a stopper, and a cover. The tube unit is placed in between barriers, and filled with water. The stopper is placed on one side of the tube unit, and opens and closes an inlet port. The cover covers a penetrated part on an outer surface of the rotary unit.
