PURPOSE: A carrying ship with a fender is provided to reduce impact force between the carrying ship and a lower offshore structure without enhancing complex structure. CONSTITUTION: A carrying ship(100) with a fender comprises a hull(110). An upper offshore structure installed on a lower offshore structure is loaded on the hull to carry. Multiple fenders having different rigidity are arranged on the exterior of the hull to be vertically spaced at a predetermined interval. The multiple fenders comprise first fenders(120) and second fenders(130). The second fenders are manufactured by a material having higher rigidity than the first fenders.
