PURPOSE: An oil rotating vacuum pump is provided to secure the lubrication property in a bearing part without solid lubricant. CONSTITUTION: An oil rotating vacuum pump comprises a main body, cylinder blocks(31, 32), a rotator, a driving part, and a sliding bearing(71). The main body comprises a tank part storing pump oil. The cylinder blocks comprise a pump chamber and a first passage. The first passage is installed for pump oil flowed through the tank part and the pump chamber. The cylinder block is installed in the main body. The rotator comprises a contact portion contacted with the inner surface of the pump chamber. The sliding bearing comprises a second passage connected with the first passage and installed in the cylinder block and supports the rotor to be rotated. |
