PURPOSE: A lighting device is provided to reduce manufacturing costs by preventing space restriction according to component installation and to increase the property of heat radiation. CONSTITUTION: A lighting device includes a case including an upper case(200) and a lower case, a light guide plate(500), and a light source unit. The case includes the upper case and the lower case separated from the upper case. The upper case includes a left and a right edge units and a based unit. The base unit and the edge unit have the level difference. The base unit prevents movement of a reflecting sheet and a light guide plate. A latching groove is formed in a longitudinal direction of the edge unit.
