PURPOSE: A financial payment security service method is provided to supply a primary security service when performing online/offline financial payment with a user terminal through payment function locking setting of a registered card and a bank account. CONSTITUTION: When payment approval setting of a corresponding payment method is performed in a security application, payment approval information of the payment method is received from a user mobile terminal and stored(S410). When payment is requested to the payment method, a time when the payment request is received within a predefined time range is determined(S420). If there is the time when the payment request is received within the predefined time range, the payment of the payment method is approved(S431).
