PURPOSE: A weapon mounting and guiding device is provided to obtain a simple structure by removing post-machining or post-treatment on guide rails inside a pipe. CONSTITUTION: A weapon mounting and guiding device comprises a pipe(2), a plurality of guide rails(18a,18b,18c) which are installed lengthwise in the pipe, and an adjusting unit which adjusts the radial distance of at least one of the guide rails relative to the inner wall of the pipe.
