PURPOSE: A safe syringe with a side cover is provided to prevent a user from being pierced by a syringe needle. CONSTITUTION: A safe syringe with a side cover comprises a syringe body(110), a pusher(120), a fixing unit(130), and a lid unit(150). The syringe body has a space part storing an injection solution. The pusher is inserted into the syringe body and pushes the injection solution through sliding movement. The fixing unit is equipped with a syringe needle and is fixed to the end of the syringe body. The lid unit has an internal space receiving needles and is combined with the fixing unit and is openable.
