PURPOSE: A conductive structure is provided to prevent reflection due to a conductive pattern layer without influencing conductivity of a conductive pattern layer, and to improve a masking property of a conductive pattern layer by increasing absorbance. CONSTITUTION: A conductive structure comprises a substrate, a conductive pattern layer, a photodarkening pattern layer of AlOxNy (x > 0, y > 0) satisfying formula 1. In AlOxNy, x and y is respectively a ratio of atom numbers of O and N to Al atom. In formula 1, (Al)at is a content(at%) of Al, (O)at is a content(at%) of O, and N(at) is a content9(at%) of N.
