摘要 |
PURPOSE: A method for fabricating graphene-based hybrid polymer composite fiber is provided to obtain the fiber with high toughness and flexibility. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid polymer composite fiber contains graphene and carbon nanotube. The graphene and carbon nanotube are self-aligned through hydrogen bond. The weight ratio of the graphene and carbon nanotube is 9:1-1:10. The carbon nanotube is modified with surfactant with hydrophilic sulfonic acid(SO3-). The carbon nanotube is single-wall carbon nanotube. The hybrid polymer composite fiber forms a knot structure, self-twisting, rubber band, or spiral spring structure. The toughness of the composite fiber is 480-970 J/g. The spring constant of the composite fiber is 2-50 Gpa. |
