PURPOSE: A mobile terminal device and a method thereof for controlling communication fee are provided to perform communication between mobile communication devices in a densely populated area and to reduce costs for constructing an infrastructure. CONSTITUTION: A communication link establishing unit(102) establishes a communication link with a plurality of mobile terminal devices(300-1,300-2). A relay unit(104) routes a data traffic between two mobile terminal devices. A notification unit(106) notifies a BS(Base Station) server(200), which serves the mobile terminal device, of information about routing data traffic.
