PURPOSE: A window glass weather strip of a vehicle door is provided to reduce window noise generated in high speed driving and prevent the noise and the vibration of a window glass and perform a water-proof function. CONSTITUTION: A window glass weather strip of a vehicle door is composed as follows. An inner rib(15) and an outer rib(13) are installed on the both outsides of a window glass(3). A hollow(10) is formed on the window glass weather strip where the outer rib located. The inner side of the inner rib comprises inner space(11). The inner rib is adhered to the inner wall of the inner space while the window glass is lifted. The inner rib is adhered to the outer rib while the window glass is lowered.
