PURPOSE: A tire reproduction process tracing system and a method thereof are provided to enable an engineer to change damage data or repair data related to an area of a tire by selecting the area. CONSTITUTION: A tire is warehoused at a check point station including a touch screen display and an engineer. A cross-sectional tire image is displayed as plural areas on a touch screen to the engineer. An interface is displayed on the touch screen display when the engineer selects one of the areas. Data related to the selected area of the tire is modified based on interaction between the interface and the engineer. Tire data related to the tire is accessed. Evaluation is automatically performed without user intervention.
