PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display device is provided to reduce defects in a data line by changing the structures of a measurement pad unit and a data line. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of pixel areas are made of gate lines and data lines which vertically cross each other. A plurality of gate integrated circuits drives the gate lines. A data integrated circuit drives the data lines. A measurement pad unit(140) measures data signal waveforms of the data lines. A connection line connects the data lines with a test pad unit. |
