POSITIONING APPARTUS AND IMAGING DEVICE

PURPOSE: A position detecting device and a photographing device are provided to prevent an effect of induced magnetism, thereby detecting a location for high precision. CONSTITUTION: A photographing element(202) and a lens moving frame(102) are arranged in a case. An optical lens(104) is imaged a subject image in a photographing side of the photographing element by installation in the lens moving frame. The lens moving frame and the optical lens focuses the subject image on the photographing side of the photographing element by moving the lens moving frame and the optical lens to an optical axis direction according to a location of the subject.
