PURPOSE: A section forming method of padding is provided to prevent leakage of fur through a sewed part by forming a compartment between outer cloth and inner cloth. CONSTITUTION: A section forming method of a padding comprises: a step(S1) of designing pattern to fit with a shape of a compartment on a film or a plate; a step(S2) of putting the film or the plate on the top of the inner cloth, and forming an adhesive layer by spreading an adhesive; a step(S3) of forming a compartment by bonding the inner cloth and an outer cloth; a step of remaining an opening portion in one side of each compartment, and sewing surroundings of the opening portion; a step of injecting filler through the opening portion, and secondary sewing the opening.
