PURPOSE: A safety handrail of a bulk carrier is provided for the safety of an operator and being folded or unfolded with simple structure. CONSTITUTION: A safety handrail(100) of a bulk carrier comprises a plurality of base brackets(111), a plurality of vertical bars(121, 122, 123, 124, 125), a horizontal rail(130), a plurality of first connection members, a plurality of second connection members(151, 152, 153, 154), and a locking device(170). The plurality of base brackets is arranged in the top portion of a storage tank. The plurality of vertical bars is coupled with the plurality of base brackets through a first hinge shaft(101). The horizontal rail is coupled with the top of the plurality of vertical bars. The plurality of first connection members accommodates a plurality of hinge plates(141, 142, 143, 145). The plurality of hinge plates prevents the falling down of an operator. The plurality of second connection members connects each hinge plate. The locking device is installed in one vertical bar to be rotated and composed to be locked in the base bracket. |
