PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a lighting device using an organic light emitting element and the lighting device manufactured by the same are provided to prevent a lens pattern of a microlens array from damaging by forming the microlens array in an imprint mode. CONSTITUTION: An organic light emitting element(1) including a first electrode, a second electrode and an organic light emitting layer is formed on a substrate(3). Photoresist is spread on the substrate. A stamp on which a microlens array is inscribed pressurizes the photoresist. A microlens array layer(7) is formed by separating the stamp. A cutter(C) cuts along a cutting line comprising a distance(d1) divided between a plurality of OLED cells(4).
