FERMENTED RICE EXTRACT FOR DELAYING SKIN AGING AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method for preparing fermented rice extract is provided to enhance oligopeptide content and collagen biosynthesis and to suppress or delay skin aging. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing fermented rice extract with anti-wrinkling and skin whitening effects comprises: a step of adding water to rice and steaming or boiling; and a step of inoculating Bacillus lichemiformis to the rice and fermenting. The method additionally comprises a step of thermal treatment at 95 Deg. C. to reduce skin toxicity and a step of spray-drying a final resultant. A cosmetic composition for delaying skin aging contains the fermented rice extract as an active ingredient.
