PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of compounds is provided to minimize organic compound scavenged after the reaction and to maximize asymmetry coupling efficiencies of the reaction. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of compounds which is represented by chemical formula 1 comprises the following steps: manufacturing chiral ligand copper composite by reacting divalent copper compound with a compound represented by the chemical formula 2; and manufacturing the compound of the chemical formula 1 by reacting a compound represented by chemical formula 3 with benzyl chloride. In the chemical formula 1 and 3, R^1 and R^2 respectively indicate C2-6 alkenyl which is substituted or non-substituted with hydrogen, C1-6 alkyl, cyano, C6-C10 aryl, acetyl or halogen, C1-6 alkyl or -COO-(C1-6 alkyl).
