Composition comprises an extract from a phototrophic microorganism and an immunostimulator for generating an active immunity. Independent claims are included for: (1) the preparation of the composition comprising providing the phototrophic microorganism, preparing the extract from the phototrophic microorganism and mixing the extract with the immunostimulator; and (2) kit comprising the extract and immunostimulator.
