PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a perforated plate for an oscillating sorter forming a partition on a top side of the perforated plate by using a compression molding machine. CONSTITUTION: A perforated plate(40) for an oscillating sorter comprises a plurality of penetrating holes(41). The perforated plate is arranged in a lower part of a screen inside an oscillating case, and supports a tapping ball. A partition(42) is arranged on the tope side of the perforated plate. A manufacturing method of the partition comprises a step of protruding a top side of the perforated plate by pressing a bottom side of the perforated plate by using a compression molding machine. The partition and the penetrating holes are not overlapped each other. A connection part of the partition and the perforated plate is rounded. Both sides of the partition become close to each other. |
