LATEX RESIN COMPOSITION FOR DIP FORMING AND A METHOD FOR PREPARING DIP FORMED ARTICLES USING THEROF

PURPOSE: A latex resin composition is provided to increase productivity by omitting maturing process of long time during process, thereby capable of manufacturing a molded product having high oil resistance and mechanical strength, soft touch feeing without causing allergic reaction due to sulfur and vulcanization accelerator. CONSTITUTION: A latex resin composition is obtained by emulsion polymerization by using sulfur and vulcanization accelerator. Keto-hydrazide is used instead of the sulfur and the vulcanization accelerator. A manufacturing method of a dip-molded product comprises: a step of attaching a solidifying agent to a surface of a dip molding frame by impregnating the dip molding frame into a solidifying agent solution; a step of forming a dip molding layer by impregnating the dip molding frame into a latex resin composition; and a step of self-crosslinking a latex resin by heat-treating the dip molding layer formed on the dip molding frame.
