PURPOSE: A heating film controlling temperature by an independent cell is provided to prevent excessive consumption of electricity by automatically controlling temperature according to the surrounding temperature. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of carbon threads(200) is installed on the upper surface of a first flat board(100) at regular distance. A silver paste(300) is composed of first and second vertical silver pastes and first and second horizontal silver pastes. A copper plate(400) is respectively installed on the first vertical silver paste and the second vertical silver paste. The lower surface of a second flat board(500) is combined with the upper surface of the first flat board. The carbon threads, the silver paste and the copper plate are installed on the second flat board.
