PURPOSE: A conductive structure is provided to prevent reflectivity due to a conductive pattern layer without influencing conductivity of a conductive pattern layer, and to improve a masking property of the conductive pattern layer. CONSTITUTION: A conductive structure comprises a substrate, a conductive pattern layer, a photodarkening pattern layer comprising chemical formula: AlOxNy. In the chemical formula, x and y is respectively ratio of atomic number of O and N to Al atom. A manufacturing method of the conductive structure comprises: a step of forming a conductive pattern layer on a substrate; and a step of forming a photodarkening pattern layer before and/or after forming the conductive pattern layer.
