PURPOSE: A producing method of fermented rice using soybeans is provided to offer various kinds of enzymes, antioxidants, anticancer substances, and immune-boosting substances generated from the fermentation to the rice. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of fermented rice using soybeans comprises the following steps: steaming a mixture of rice and the soybeans; drying the steamed rice to have the free moisture; fermenting the mixture by using the soybeans as a fermentation agent; separating the rice and the soy beans; and drying the fermented rice. The rice is selected from brown rice, germinated brown rice, glutinous brown rice, millet, sorghum, glutinous millet, oat, or adlay.
