SYSTEM FOR ALARMING FAULT OF VEHICLE DETECTOR

PURPOSE: A fault alarm system of a vehicles detector is provided to rapidly alarm faults such as external contamination of the vehicle detector to an administrator by checking external contamination information from a detection sensor of the vehicle detector. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle detector(100) includes first and second sensors respectively installed on both sides of a lane. A main controller(200) controls the vehicle detector by receiving a control signal from an alarm device(300). The main controller transmits a vehicle detection signal from the vehicle detector to the alarm device. The main controller displays the vehicle detection signal. When the vehicle detection signal is transmitted for more than a standard time from the vehicle detector, the main controller transmits a fault detection signal to the alarm device.
