PURPOSE: A robot system for automatically tightening screw bolts is provided to improve productivity by independently the hinged rotation and circumferential rotation of a multi-joint rotary arm. CONSTITUTION: A robot system(10) for automatically tightening screw bolts comprises an automatic bolt connector(13), an articulated robot(15), a sensor unit(17), and a controller. The controller generates control signals of the articulated robot in order that the automatic bolt connector is transferred to a temporal place. The controller compares the matching rate of joining spot information and a joining hole. If the error is within the predetermined range, the automatic bolt connector is straightly transferred to a spot corresponding to the joining spot information. Guide pieces of set patterns are marked on an edge of the joining hole. The matching rate of the guide pieces and pre-set guide piece engaging data is calculated, and the controller controls the robot system according to the calculated. result. |
