RECLAIMED ASPHALT CONCRETE MIXTURE AT ROOM TEMPERATURE CONTAINING ADDITIVE

PURPOSE: A cold-mix recycling asphalt concrete mixture contained recycling agent is provided to enhance physical properties of cold-mix recycling asphalt concrete mixture and to improve stability and flow value. CONSTITUTION: A cold-mix recycling asphalt concrete mixture contained recycling agent comprises 10-40 parts by weight of filler, 10-30 parts by weight of emulsified asphalt, 5-45 parts by weight of recycled additive, and 5-45 parts by weight of water based on 100 parts by weight of aggregate mixture for road pavement including 60-85 wt% of recycled aggregate and 15-40 wt% of charcoal material wood aggregate. The recycled additive is composed of 5-40 wt% of high molecular binder, 3-30 wt% of reactive activator, 0.5-5 wt% of anti-foaming agent and 40-70 wt% of water. The filler is cement or industrial by-product. The industrial by-product is one or more among dry or moisture sludge, silica fume, or blast furnace slag, lime, fly ash, furnace dust, and construction waste.
