PURPOSE: An automatic X-ray inspection device for an SMT inline is provided to use a flat cable or comprises a slip ring and an umklappen blush, thereby minimizing interferences with respect to the rotation of a stage unit. CONSTITUTION: An automatic X-ray inspection device for an SMT inline comprises a stage unit(50), an X-ray vacuum tube(10), and a detector(30). The stage unit supports an object to be attached/detached. Coplanar movements to an X-axis and Y-axis and the rotation of the stage unit is possible. The Z-ray vacuum is arranged in the lower part of the stage unit and irradiates X-rays to the object set on the stage unit. The detector is arranged to be detoured toward one side on the upper part of the stage unit. The detector detects the X-rays transmitted through the object.
