<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure viscoelasticity properties by use of ultrasonic waves without depending on a pressurizing amount from outside. <P>SOLUTION: A non-volatile computer-readable storage medium storing data representing instructions executed by a processor programmed so as to measure the viscoelasticity properties of a tissue in a living body includes: an instruction for transmitting amplitude and phase-modulated waveforms including cycles of a plurality of different frequencies belonging to one frequency range at a plurality of different time points; an instruction for calculating displacement of the tissue as a function of time in response to the amplitude and phase-modulated waveforms, calculating the displacement from scanning of the tissue; an instruction for applying the Fourier transform to the aging displacement; and an instruction for determining the viscoelasticity properties from the Fourier transform of a shear wave equation and the Fourier transform of the aging displacement. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
