<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ion exchange device capable of restraining an ion exchange ability from getting low in an ion exchange resin bed. <P>SOLUTION: A regeneration liquid supply unit 3 having different regeneration liquid supply modes for supplying a regeneration liquid from a regeneration liquid tank 4 to regeneration liquid supply lines L41-L46, to be different in regeneration levels, includes a regeneration liquid supply unit 3 having a usual regeneration liquid supply mode for supplying a regeneration liquid amount of the first regeneration level, and a specified regeneration liquid supply mode for supplying a regeneration liquid amount of the second regeneration level higher than the first regeneration level, and a regeneration liquid supply controller 51 for controlling the regeneration liquid supply unit 3, to bring the regeneration liquid supply mode of the regeneration liquid supply unit 3 into the specified regeneration liquid supply mode, when a prescribed condition is satisfied, in a regeneration process having a pressure tank 2, a regeneration liquid tank 4 storing the regeneration liquid, the regeneration liquid supply liners L41-L46 for connecting the pressure tank 2 to the regeneration liquid tank 4, and for regenerating the ion exchange resin bed 211. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
