摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion device having such configuration and structure as power can be led out appropriately from a mesh-like electrode in contact with a semiconductor layer. <P>SOLUTION: The photoelectric conversion device 10A comprises a first substrate 21 and a second substrate 22, and a semiconductor layer 31, a first collector 51, an electrolyte layer 41, a catalyst layer 32, and a second collector 61 provided sequentially from the first substrate side between the first substrate 21 and the second substrate 22 which are sealed at the outer edge. The first collector 51 is composed of a conductive material provided with many through holes, and consists of a lead member body 52 and a lead member extension. A lead member consisting of a conductive material piece and outputting generated power is also provided.
