<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tray resin injection device capable of enhancing the accuracy of perpendicularity to a shaft on the surface of a mat provided on a tray, and a resin injection method. <P>SOLUTION: A tray resin injection device 10 has a base 20 and a contact unit 30. A tray 12 has a case 121 and a shaft 125. The base 20 has a storage hole 22 and resin injection grooves. The shaft 125 is inserted into the storage hole 22. The contact unit 30 is mounted on the base 20 in a vertically movable manner and has a guide hole 34 coaxial with the storage hole 22. The contact unit 30 presents a Y-shaped form on one side and is formed so as not to cover holes 123. A resin is injected into a recessed part 243 of a resin injection groove through a hole 123 of the tray 12 with a dispenser to form a mat.
