PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect deterioration of a secondary battery without making any changes to the secondary battery or an electric apparatus mounting the secondary battery.

SOLUTION: The information processing unit comprises an acquisition unit which acquires a detection value from a power supply connection apparatus having a sensor which detects a current or a power supplied to a plug connection, and an output unit which outputs a detection value from the sensor, and a determination unit which determines the deterioration state of a secondary battery in an electric apparatus connected with the plug connection, based on the comparison results of the detection value acquired from the power supply connection apparatus and the deterioration determination information of the secondary battery in the electric apparatus connected with the plug connection.
