<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively grasp which of the output interfaces of a packet communication device a multicast flow flows. <P>SOLUTION: In a multicast flow monitoring system including a packet communication apparatus and a flow monitoring device, the packet communication apparatus generates first flow information including identification information of an input interface, monitors participation and separation for each output interface, and, if detecting participation or separation, generates second flow information including identification information of an output interface to transmit the first and second flow information to the flow monitoring device; while the flow monitoring device performs an analysis process, on the basis of the received first and second flow information, to interconnect the input interface and output interface where the multicast flow passes through. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
