<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a residue collection apparatus and residue receptor in which diffusion of residue or air contact can be avoided while a residue receptor is closed after the residue receptor is filled with the residue from a residue discharge nozzle. <P>SOLUTION: A slave cover 41 is set to a receiver 25 of a residue receptor 20 beforehand, a diameter-enlarged part 13E larger than a slave cover diameter is formed in a residue discharge pipe 13, and a residue discharge nozzle 18 to be fitted into the receiver 25 of the residue receptor is formed in a lower portion of the diameter-enlarged part 13E. In the diameter-enlarged part 13E, a slave cover opening/closing device 40 is accommodated which moves upward the slave cover 41 set to the receiver 25 out of the receiver 25 and sets the slave cover to the receiver 25 again after filling with residue. In the diameter-enlarged part 13E, a conical internal cover 47 is provided which covers an upper portion of the slave cover opening/closing device 40, diffuses residue 19 from the residue discharge pipe 13 in a circumferential direction and guides the residue to the residue discharge nozzle 18. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
