PURPOSE: A fence for reinforcing the ground and a construction method thereof are provided to prevent a landslide, and to be utilized as an emergency road. CONSTITUTION: A fence for reinforcing the ground(100) comprises a main post(110), an anchor(120), and a soil support block(130). The main post is installed outside a guardrail(1) at a constant interval, and one part is buried under the ground. The anchor comprises a conical pile(121), a steel wire(122), and a fixture(124). The conical pile is inserted into the ground. A leading end of the steel wire is connected to the conical pile, and the rear end penetrates the soil support block. The fixture fixes the rear end of the steel wire. The soil support block is installed in the main post, and made of concrete.
