<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic sensor which is advantageous in miniaturization since enlarging of a sensor dimension is not restricted, and stably provides a high sensor characteristic, and whose manufacturing process is not complicated. <P>SOLUTION: In each of electrification units 41, 42, 43, and 44 where resistance elements are connected in series, one terminal is electrically connected to a power terminal Vcc, another terminal is electrically connected to a grounding terminal GND, and connections of resistance elements are electrically connected to respective output terminals Vo1 to Vo4. At least one of the plurality of resistance elements respectively constituting the electrification units is a magneto resistive effect element comprising a magneto resistive effect film. The electrode terminal is shared by all the electrification units, and the grounding terminal is shared by all the electrification units. All the electrification units are formed in contact to one surface of an insulating film.
