<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin molding in which cutting of a metallic heating element and degradation in heat-resistance of resin are prevented by reducing the difference of linear coefficient of expansion between the metallic heating element and a rib provided under the metallic heating element. <P>SOLUTION: The resin molding 10 is molded of a synthetic resin containing fibers F, and a rib 14 is provided between a first attachment part 12 and a second attachment part 13 for attaching and fixing a metallic heating element 20 provided on the resin molding 10. A gate position 40 is provided near the first attachment part 12 on the line connecting the first attachment part 12 and the second attachment part 13. Difference of linear coefficient of expansion between the metallic heating element 20 and the rib 14 is reduced by matching the orientation of the fibers F and the extension direction of the rib 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
