<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit housing of a motor unit which can have an end housing easily molded without upsizing. <P>SOLUTION: An end housing 13 has an outer peripheral wall 14 coupled to a housing body and an end wall 15 connected to the outer peripheral wall 14. A conduction terminal 25 of a power line lead in from outside penetrating the end wall 15, and a wire connection part by a bolt 32 for connecting a terminal 31 of a corresponding conductor 11 of a stator are provided inside the end housing 13. On an inner surface of the outer peripheral wall 14, a recessed part 33 for securing an insulation space A with the head of the bolt 32 is provided at a part close to the wire connection part by the bold 32. The inner surface of the outer peripheral wall 14 is formed linearly from a bottom fo the recessed part 33 to an opening end of the outer peripheral wall 14. When the end housing 13 is molded, a core for recess part molding is slid to the opening end side of the outer peripheral wall 14 to be taken out. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
