<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a drop in processing speed when information is written to the minimum while reducing memory capacity to be mounted on a storage device. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of division conversion tables obtained by dividing a logical/physical address conversion table by unit of page are stored in a nonvolatile memory, a logical/physical address conversion table cache which stores at least one or more of the division conversion tables, a conversion table management table which manages the division conversion tables, and a cache management table which manages the logical/physical address conversion table cache are stored in a RAM, the conversion table management table has a cache presence/absence flag showing that the division conversion tables are stored in the logical/physical address conversion table cache, and a cache entry number showing a storage destination in the logical/physical address conversion table cache, and readout and write of information of the logical/physical address conversion table between the nonvolatile memory and the RAM are performed by unit of page. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
