<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous transparent oil-based composition resistant to freezing even if stored at low temperatures (at about 0°C) for a long period of time, having excellent transparency maintaining effect, free from stickiness when applied to the skin, smoothly spreadable on the skin and giving refreshing feeling. <P>SOLUTION: The nonaqueous transparent oil-based composition is characterized by including (a) 10.0-30.0 mass% of a silicone oil having a viscosity of ≤20 mPa s at 25°C, (b) 10.0-30.0 mass% of an ester oil having an IOB of 0.1-0.6 in the organic conceptual diagram, (c) 10.0-25.0 mass% of jojoba oil and (d) 15.0-70.0 mass% of a fat or oil and/or a nonpolar oil other than jojoba oil and developing a liquid state to a viscous liquid state at 25°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
